Very friendly staff and fairly good selection. It changes each week so you may not get exactly what you came for. They do have a great fresh produce section for a discount grocery! Recently they increased their prices so that is a bit of a discouragement...
It is a small place with good deals on most groceries. They do not have a big selection on some stuff (I've noticed meat and dog food) but their prices are very good, the place is very neat and the people have always been very friendly. They do have a great selection of cheeses! I found cheese there that most regular grocery stores don't even carry. :)
For a discount grocery, this is a nice place. The employees that I spoke with were cordial, if not actually friendly. The store was clean and well lit. You need to be careful and check the dates on the foods though, as I found things that expired over three years ago.
They have cheap prices on most everything they sell... though not a lot of varity... and then that all changes to something different... they do have a big variety of cheeses
